We repair household appliances in homes across Coventry and the villages around it: washing machines, dishwashers, fridge freezers, ovens, tumble dryers and cookers. You see the labour price before you tell us who you are.
When it stops, you want it sorted. Not a sales pitch.
A washing machine that stops mid-cycle or a fridge that has gone warm throws the whole week out. You want someone who arrives when agreed, tests the appliance rather than guessing, and tells you plainly what is wrong and what it will cost.
That is how we work. Labour is priced before you book. Parts are priced before they are fitted. And if the appliance is not worth repairing, we will tell you, even though it means there is no repair for us to do.

No part without a yes
If a part is needed, the engineer explains why and what it costs. Nothing is fitted until you agree.

When a new appliance makes more sense, we say so before you spend anything more. A repair has to add up.
